Charter Sales

Full-time

We operate a Part 135 on-demand charter fleet. This is a sales role focused on turning inbound broker requests into quoted, booked trips, fast, at any hour a request comes in.

What you will own

Field inbound charter requests and turn them into quoted, booked trips
Build and price quotes against our fleet, availability, and current fuel costs
Work broker requests across every time zone the fleet flies in
Respond fast to late-night and weekend requests — the trips that need a quote most urgently are rarely 9-to-5
Coordinate with Ops and Dispatch to confirm a quote is actually flyable before it goes out
Build repeat relationships with brokers
Manage booked trips end to end, including broker communication before, during and after each flight
Flight following on active trips
Fuel releases
Make sure catering makes it onboard

Schedule and location

Charter requests do not keep office hours, so this role requires real responsiveness outside a standard 9-to-5 — including evenings and weekends when a request comes in.
